Our mission: to support and contribute to the development and promotion of health policies and practices based on evidence, which promotes human rights, social inclusion and justice.

The Foundation also provides support for promoting good governance in the health system by independent and neutral monitoring / evaluation of public health policy and health services.

Program's priorities for 2015:

  1. Challenging exclusion and discrimination of intellectually and mentally disabled people and promoting community-based alternatives
  2. Advancing the rights and dignity of people with life-limiting illness and combating denial of palliative care
  3. Increasing participation of HIV high risk groups and advancing their rights
