Justice and Human Rights

The Justice and Human Rights Department’s vision of rule of law is built on the solid grounds of a fair, accessible and predictable justice delivery system, which effectively safeguards fundamental human rights.

The Department develops and implements activities in several areas, crucial for the fulfilment of its vision, including Human Rights, Judiciary, Access to Justice, and Criminal Justice.

Public Health

The department's mission is to promote good governance in the health sector, to contribute to increasing the equitable access of the population to responsive health and social services, and to promote responsible actions for the protection of environment.

Media Program

Media Department's mission is to contribute to the development of an open, participatory, pluralistic and value-based society in the Republic of Moldova by organizing, supporting and financing activities aimed at encouraging the development of an independent media sector and improving access to information.

Fundatia Soros-Moldova, Programul Mass-Media, anunţă un concurs pentru angajarea unei companii specializate care va efectua o cercetare privitor la pluralismul mass-media în Republica Moldova.

Fundaţia Soros-Moldova, Programul Mass-Media, anunţă un concurs pentru angajarea unei companii specializate care va efectua o cercetare privitor la pluralismul mass-media în Republica Moldova. 

In sarcina companiei selectate va intra elaborarea metodologiei relevante pentru a stabili dacă mass-media în Republica Moldova este sau nu este pluralistă, precum şi efectuarea  cercetăriiempirice pentru evaluarea Pluralismului Extern, adică determinarea gradului de pluralism al mass-media din Moldova la nivel de sector al vieţii publice.

Părţile interesate vor depune ofertele în corespundere cu cerinţele stipulate în Termenii de referinţă. Ofertele tehnică şi financiară vor fi depuse la recepţia Fundaţiei Soros–Moldova, Programul Mass-media, str. Bulgară, 32, Chişinău, MD 2001, Republica Moldova, în două plicuri sigilate separate cu menţiunea "Concurs: Studiu Pluralism Mass-Media". Termenul limită de depunere a ofertelor: 27 septembrie 2013, ora 16.00.
